FAQ – Frequence Asked Questions:

When do I receive the items?
Normally 2 – 3 weeks after the closing date, depending on stock validity & arrival of the shipment. Once the stocks have reached Singapore, I will arrange for local delivery by singpost to your mailing address. SingPost normally takes 2-5 working days to post out items (excludes weekends/public holidays). I will keep you update via email or you may check under the Announcement Board at
www.essentielboutique.blogspot.com.


Payment Issues

How do I Calculate my shipping fee?
There is no shipping charges for the first opening spree. Specially brought to you by Essentiel boutique =). Hence, you only need to pay for the local delivery fee to your doorstep. Please refer to our local postage rates.



When should I make payment?
Payments should be made within 2 days upon your ordering request. Unless there is a request made to me for individual case. Failure to do so or no response to emails will be blacklisted and goods will be released to others who need it more. Please note that Essentiel boutique only accept sincere buyers.


How do we make payment?

Payment by Internet Banking or ATM transfer to DBS Saving Plus Acct no. 011-9-037308. Do send me an email notice once payment had been made. Kindly provide your transaction details (Ref no., Name, Amount transferred) with your ordering for verification purposes.


Why should I pay for Registered Mail ?

This is highly recommended to prevent any misplace of items especially for buyer with more than 5 purchases.

Normal Mail is not applicable for BAGS i.e. BAGS will be delivered via Registered Mail

How to place an order?
Kindly post your order under Comments or email to
essentielboutique@yahoo.com.sg with the following information:

1. Your Name
2. Item Code with Desc.
3. Colors
4. Quantity
5. Mailing Address
6. Method of Shipment (Normal/Registered Mail)
7. Mode of payment (ibanking/ATM Transfer)

Total price of your Items + Local delivery Charges (refer to our Postage Rates) +$0.50 Handling Fees for each items.

Transaction Details
1) Reference no.
2) ibanking nickname (For ibanking Transferred)
3) Amount Transferred
4) Date of Transaction


How to confirm my orders is being accepted?

Once your order is posted up in the comment or email to me, it’s considered as a confirmed order. You will receive an email from Essentiel boutique within 2 days, followed by an email receipt when I received your payment. Do notify me via email after payment has been made. Processing of orders will only start once payment is received.



Others Issues

I need to submit my personal data in order to purchase, is it safe?
At Essentiel boutique , buyer’s information are solely used for processing order and shipping only. All information given is strictly confidential. There is no selling, trading or disclose your data to any third party without your consent.

How do I ensure the quality of your apparel?
There will be a quality check on all apparels & items to ensure they are in good condition before mailing out. Almost 90% buyers place their subsequent orders after the first order from our supplier. This also creates a long-term credibility, thus trusting relationship, between Essentiel boutique and her valuable customers.


How do I replace an item which is not in stock?

You are allowed to choose other products to replace the unavailable items within 2 days upon receiving of our replacement notice.


Can I post my order under the Comment in Facebook, Friendster or other sources online?
Nope. It’s advisable to place your order officially in
www.essentielboutique.blogspot.com or email directly to me at essentielboutique@yahoo.com.sg. To process your order fast, kindly follow the ordering format provided at the right column of the page

What is the local postage fee like?
1-2 items - S$1.50
3-4 items - S$2.50
5-6 items - S$3.30
7-9 items - S$4.50
>10 items - Please contact me for more discounts =)

Registered Mail - $3.50 per item

What is Registered Mail?
Registered mail packages will be delivered right to the doorstep.A tracking number will be issued for all Registered Mails. With this number, your parcel can be tracked anytime. In cases where no one is around to collect the package, you may arrange for a re-delivery.

How can we be informed of the new promotions?
To receive first-hand updates and promotions, you may wish to join our mailing list by sending me an email with your name and a valid email address.

Do you do meet-ups?
Regret to inform that i do not do meet-ups. Essentiel boutique is solely an online business at the moment.
