Terms and Conditions

*All apparel/items under July Spree are brand new & imported overseas from Japan, Korea and Hong Kong.

*E.b are not liable for lost or damage of items during postage. Hence, It is always advisable to opt for Registered post

*Items may vary between 2-3cm from measurements stated due to different ways of measurement

*Colour of items may have slight colour difference due to resolution and lightings

*All items are priced in Singapore dollars and sent through SingPost, the local mail provider

*Pls note that all E.b Promotions are only valid during the promotional period stated


Ordering & Payment
*As most of our items come in limited stock, goods will be sold on a first come first serve basis
Please do not leave an ordering comment / email to confirm unless you are absolutely sure you are willing to purchase the item.

*Payments should be made within 2 days, failure to do so or no response to emails will be blacklisted and goods will be released to others who need it more. We only accept sincere buyers.

*Buyers with too many changes and cancellations will be blacklisted and their orders will be given the lowest priority to be processed. Essentiel boutique reserves the right not to sell to unreasonable and blacklisted buyers.


Exchange & Refunds
*No changing or cancellation of order once payment is made.
Please be informed the fact that items are checked twice for no prominent defects before packing.
All sales of goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for promotion spree.

*We will make Refund only if paid item is out of stock.
In the event that your funds transfer is made when there are no more stocks available, you may exchange for another item of the same price value or lesser. If the item is of a higher value, you are required to top up the difference. Otherwise, a full refund will be return to you with no worries.
